Introduction
December 31, 2003 - January 12, 2004
Yep, I spent New Year's in Fiji, so I was among the very first people in the world to be there for the rollover to 2004! I spent 2 weeks on the main island of Fiji with my brother (Tim) and it was a little vacation for me. In true Tim/Katy style we fit right in with the laidback Fiji atmosphere and did a lot of lounging, a lto of reading, a lot of card playing and a good bit of playing around in the pool. In the end we did manage to get out to one of the smaller silands and to the capital city and its nearby rainforest and lagoons.
